    Monsoon Malabar is a heavy-bodied brew that makes a wonderfully mellow and smooth cup of coffee, with deep, rich flavours and aromas. The roast is often described as bold, earthy and sweet,

    We gladly accept unopened and unused product within 14 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the product you’d like returned, include a copy of the pick slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to our address.

    Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure and track the package with the shipping carrier of your choice. If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items.

    We roast our coffees in small batches to make sure you get the best tasting coffee delivered to your door. Orders placed before 10am (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched within 1-2 daysfrom receiving order.
