To start a return, please pack the product you’d like returned, include a copy of the pick slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to our address.Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

We roast our coffees in small batches to make sure you get the best tasting coffee delivered to

your door. Orders placed before 10am (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched within 1-2 days

from receiving order.
